No system is perfect 100% of the time. Every system experiences problems like this. Choosing to not get an XBOX because of this is just idiotic and screams that you're just looking for an excuse not to get one. Its fine if you don't want one, but if this is the reason, then you're dumb.

I love the quick looks like this one, or the one with the 2600 game that apparently could have gone on for hours if Jeff hadn't purposely died.  They have this hilarious sort of absurdist juxtaposition of the incredibly high tech and the absolute failure of technology.  Awesome.

@DivineCC: This is exactly right.  I can tell you on my PS3 I've had much more problem with the PSN than I ever have with Xbox Live.  Is Xbox Live perfect?  Fuck no.  But neither is PS3 or any other system.  The entire fanboyism thing is completely retarded  Who cares who makes what.

Breakout was one of the best Atari 2600 games. Next to defender and the pacman game no one else liked I used to play it for hours. Wont be the same with a joystick or dpad though, its a paddle game. So as usual that is fail. 
 
Jackal is pretty cool though. Sigh...If only they'd release more arcade games =( 
 
Oh and the speeds on this were due to network issues Microsoft did say they were having yesterday. I dont know if its fixed yet, i havent had any problems though today.
