Hated playing the Hitman games, but this is becoming one of my favorite features on the site. More Brad and Dan!

Not-bold-at-all prediction: At some point, Brad is going to get noticed by someone with a white dot over their head. That person will tell security/cops, and Brad will get arrested/into combat, while he and Dan are both unsure of what happened.

It's funny they mention there should be an Eyes Wide Shut themed level. Hitman: Blood Money basically already had that with the 'A Dance with the Devil' mission. Hopefully there'll be some remakes of some of the best levels of the previous games in the new game later.

My fave thing on the site. I have been buying the maps individually though so it doesn't let me buy these special maps :( only if you have the "full packs" I think it says.

At 35:58, they're already beside a box and still used one far away....

This drove me crazy.

I remember a certain preview of Hitman Contracts written by Brad himself:

In one early mission, 47 is dispatched to a meatpacking plant to rescue a kidnapped girl and assassinate her kidnapper, a tremendously obese meat production magnate, and the lawyer who recently cleared the meat mogul of the kidnapping charges. The venue is the man's meatpacking warehouse, and the setup is a late-night S&M party in celebration of the legal victory. As you infiltrate the party and search for your targets, you'll see all kinds of oddities--guests wearing disturbing masks and bondage gear à la Eyes Wide Shut,

Edit: I missed @eternic 's comment about the A dance with the Devil mission. I thought about the Meat King's Party more which @brad also wrote about in his preview and references Eyes Wide Shut.

It's irrational, but it drives me nuts that Brad chooses to walk most of the time instead of running. Why?!?! There's no punishment for running, right? Even when people are searching he just walks. It drives me bonkers, even though it shouldn't. When he does run though, I get a huge sense of relief... which is pretty nice.

That was a fun mission *and* you did a pretty swell job on it! I hope you'll visit Marrakesh soon as well.

...and before that, Busey. In fact, I hope UPF deals with that tonight...

That was a lot cleaner than I was expecting it to be. I wish I wasn't buying this piecemeal so I could try these targets.

Pretty bummed that this bonus episode isn't available for purchase separately until a nebulous "later in the season."

That would have been a nice thing to communicate from the beginning, when I basically committed to buying the episodes separately and paying a bit more in the long run. Now I have to wait longer than everyone else for some content too? Feels like I've been screwed twice over for buying their episodic game, you know, episodically.

(Fun bonus: The 4.3GB patch containing this content still got pushed out to everyone. So it's literally on my machine. But I'm not allowed to give them money and play it.)

Kubrick did finish Eyes Wide shit, also a map based on that scene would be great.

Sapienza might just be the best Hitman level ever. It's such a rich environment with so much stuff going on. This episodic format really does it justice by having you complete different objectives all over the map.

Sounds like a Brad vs Dan Garey Busey assassination is coming up :D

@brad You've never been in the upstairs section of that tower (the one above the kitchen/basement), so it's not a new area. The other places you haven't really visited on the Sapienza level are the church, which has a huge bell tower and a graveyard, as well as a couple of shops such as the hairdresser and flower shop, and the other is the fortress on the other side of the mansion, which has some.. interesting weaponry that lets you assassinate your original story mission targets in a different way. Definitely suggest revisiting that level, since it's HUGE. Even if it's not for Hitdan, it's well worth checking out. :>

i laughed for 5 minutes straight when 47 just crumpled to the first guards bullets near the exit grate. i want this game but 60 bucks is lots for me atm...blood money is in my top 10 easily

This episode wasn't very funny, your elusive targets mindset is ruining the regular episodes.

@jeverage: I pre-ordered the intro pack and my reward for giving them my money early is that an upgrade to the full version is more expensive than if I had waited and bought the whole thing after it released.

@humanity: Yep, it's a real crummy situation.

I really, really, really like the game. It's a shame the whole distribution mechanism seems setup to repeatedly punish me for not getting the Full Experience immediately. First by charging more (Even just the Intro Pack + Upgrade is $10 more inexplicably), and now by arbitrarily holding back content.

Hitman is a fantastic game. I wish Brad would play it more often. I'm surprised Jeff isn't into it. The game world is beautiful and so detailed with many many ways to complete missions that it justifies the cost to me.

@steveurkel: It's episodic, I think the first episode was like $10 or $20 when I bought it, so go crazy.

@jeverage: i was originally planning to wait until it's all out and goes on sale but now with all these times hits I feel like I'm missing out and I should just eat the $10.

PSN did a start move where if you pre-order a select few upcoming games you get a 20% discount. Now that's a smart incentive to pre-order.

Oh man I hope Lang can make it for one of these videos. With the way he talked about the game I have no doubt he'll be the perfect coach for Brad to do Elusive Target and just have Brad play in a much more methodical way aka the non-Dan way of not killing everyone you see.

Good job on this one. Looking forward to the Dan vs Brad vs Gary Busey episode.

We really need Brad to pay less attention to most of what Dan says in these videos. Don't worry about running or trying to actually stealth your way around Brad since you know, that's the way these games are supposed to be played. I know that's "The Thing" but most of the deaths come from that.

@alavapenguin: I read that there will be a 3rd bonus mission later this year that they will pack all 3 together and sell it individually, so these first 2 bonus missions will just be exclusive to the Full Pack owners until then.

Brad missing the INCREDIBLY LONG AND OBVIOUS PROMPTS that he was being suspicious and being searched for at 37:35 then being TOTALLY OBLIVIOUS to why he was being arrested blows my mind.

At this point, everyone should know what they're getting into when they watch Brad playing Hitman. It is what it is. I find it super entertaining.
