This looks awful. Sonic and All Stars Racing Transformed is a legit great kart racer, highly recommend it.

Just saw this on the Switch store and couldn't believe the price tag on it. Also it's hard to believe this is nor a mobile port. But looks like its not.

This literally looks like a PlayStation game from top to bottom. Not even PS2; this is astonishingly shitty. Nobody appears to have given a single fuck about any part of this, from the game, to the properties, to the experience, to the art; I cannot believe a company put this out in current year.

The Boat O Cross series are legitimately much better games than this.

my favorite thing about this game was seeing a clickbait facebook video a few weeks ago that was like "all your favorite nintendo characters,,, in one game,,,,,, WANT, much?" or some shit

It makes me sad to see the cartoons I grew up watching being put into a shit game.

No characters from Rocko or Kablam, no deal. Then again this is from GameMill, so this was expected.

Also, huge stable of beloved characters to pick from, and half of the roster is just the weird modern baby-looking turtles. No Rocko? No Ren? No Kenan Thompson?

Vinny's voices of the Spongebob cast cracked me up royally.

I think New Dan would have a lot to gain if he worked through his flippant disregard for animation as a medium for children (I suppose DBZ is a baby step). This game does look awful, though.

This is what happens when you just want to cash in on your IP so you have some, by their own description, "dynamic, high-growth interactive entertainment video game company focused on bringing branded entertainment to die-hard fans" like GameMill pinch off a hot, steamy Mario Kart ripoff. For as little production cost as possible.

Kids don't know any better, right? They'll have mom or dad coughing up that nonrefundable $40 in no time to silently scoot around as their favorite characters...or one of the Tweenage Mutant Ninja Turtles making up half the roster.

At least it performs well, I guess. That seems to be no small feat on the Switch.

For those that don't know, GameMill published the classic Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing. So they should have had Alex on the Quick Look for this :)

And this seems to be in their wheelhouse for types of games they usually produce when looking at their website.
