All this game makes me ask is - where the hell did Hat in Time go? Isn't that thing like 5 years old now?

@convox: I immediately thought the same thing. I backed that one thinking "oh, no one makes games like this anymore" and then everyone made them. I also realized I don't care for them anymore. Sad trumpet sounds.

I hope it feels better in the hands because it does not look great. Those projectiles seem impossible to keep track of and the visual style is missing some character. it just looks flat and awkward.

They should do a Sunshine Playdate since Vinny's never seen much of it and Dan still has something to prove. Finally the truth can be revealed.

@ambience07: there still doesn't seem like a lot of those are being made. can only think of a hat in time, yooka laylee,and i suppose now this. sure beats another early access survival game.

It is awesome that indie studios are making 3D-platformers these days. Unfortunately, this one doesn't seem too great

Without Alex to moderate, I felt like it was just two dudes rambling about tangental nonsense for hours. Until I realized I was only 15 minutes in.

Don't get me wrong, this was riveting conversation! Handshake anxiety is a thing I'm familiar with, but Vinny's right. Just do your own thing. People can be doing their slippy finger crap, but I get in and do a proper-ass traditional handshake every time.

The actual game doesn't look too bad but an UI/HUD like that is an instant turn-off for me.
