I kickstarted this game. I've been a big fan of the series since Under a Killing Moon. I'm so happy that it got made and am enjoying it for what it is. Glad to see the guys enjoyed it to some extent. I hope @patrickklepek does a review!

I'm playing through all the old Tex games again before I play this one but everything I've seen of it looks fantastic, even better than I had hoped. I always hated so many sites gave it so little attention, because it's not some quick "ha ha remember FMV games?" cash-in.

This is a really strange QL. I know Vinny likes P&C adventure games but he sorta pulled a Brad and whipped his memory of how to play them. It was weird when he said something to the effect of "I dont know if its finding items or talking to people that advances the story". Well both, just like virtually all other adventure games, thats why you check everything and exhaust all dialog options before giving up on a puzzle. What is even more odd is the reaction was kind of up in the air for what seemed to be a really well done adventure game, in fact it looked way better than I was expecting.

I played a lot of P&Cs back in the day but I never really tried the Tex games. For 20 bucks this certainly looks like its worth checking out

I think they were ready to shit all over this but when it turned out to be just fine they had no material to work with and it just became awkward.

I thought that couldn't have been the VERY SAME Kevin Murphy...but then suddenly:

I love how Tom Servo is the voice of Murphy's PDA and there's a bubblegum machine in his office. Plus, the Lost in Space robot in the street and June Lockhart (the mother from that show) are in the game. Awesome robot references!
