Good thing they're talking over it because boy it sure would be a shame of a QL just started with the subtitles turned on for once.

I could see down the road a playthrough of this, and since tend to wait for episodic games to finish release before buying, I'm curious to know if they can improve on some mistakes they made here

These human beings look like they were made in the Dark Souls character editor (but worse).

I've really enjoyed seeing this team experiment and tweak the Telltale format. It's an inconsistent experience, but there's some neat ideas and I really like seeing this genre grounded in historical fiction.

Is anyone else fucking terrified of the faces in this game?

It kinda looks like they took Dishonored's faces and turned it up to 15.

I personally love these videos that look at games that I'll never have time to. Even if they game isn't great, theres a chance it could be something I'm way into.

I really like this style of game but will probably wait to see if more episodes come out in a timely fashion. The art style seems cool, Vinny's right that the faces are reminiscent of Dishonored which immediately gets my attention. Those games are fuckin' rad.

I don't think it should be called hyper-realism when the result is that every character's face looks like someone mashed a clown with a hydraulic press.

Everything in this game is literally nightmare fuel.

There's a lot of things that are wrong with this visually, but the lack of shadows really bothers me in a "realistic" looking game.

Admittedly my knowledge of American revolutionary history is not great, but shouldn't George Washington be rapping?

Dear lord that man's face on the title screen is grotesque.

The protagonist squinting reminded me a lot of Lee Van Cleef.

I haven't watched the whole QL yet, but I am not put off, like I used to be in Dishonored till I got the atmosphere.

That comma is, unnecessary.

Looks kinda like character design from Arkane Studios.

Didn't seem like the person explaining the game understood the mechanics and systems. The second person asking questions seemed to naturally fill in the blanks for them a lot.

Does that mean she finds collectibles...delectable?

The ambition mixed with the terrible production values reminds me so much of Focus Home Interactive games.
