There should be a show for when Abby's going to play through a game so that Playdate can be more about trying out different stuff like how Dan, Alex, and Vinny get for Mass Effect, This Is The Run, etc.

Nostalgic happy flashbacks to my favourite two Super Replay entertainers from GI days, Tim and Dan. I loved the rapport between you both during Replays, Quick Looks and Super Replays. <3 Glad you're still on camera, Dan. Keep it up!

I miss Tim, his personality and his puns, but happy he followed his Sony heart hehe. I unfollowed GI when you both left and happily subscribed here, loving the Giant Beast crew the most. :-D

I got this game on switch last week after watching the playdate. I finished it yesterday, I played through it all on handheld and for anyone wondering it was awesome, I had zero problems and it ran great.

This game does not appear to control very well but certainly was ahead of its time in a lot of other aspects.

@doncabesa: I have been replaying it on Xbox and honestly, it isn't that bad. The first hour was a little rough (especially because I had just recently finished The Evil Within 2) but I found I got used to it very quickly, to the point where I sort of enjoy it. It really makes the tension of a missed shot almost feel like you're going to have a heart attack. I don't remember having that feeling when I played it back on PS2.

One thing that hasn't aged well at all is having to protect Ashley, but that's a fucking escort mission and that shit sucked even when this game was considered revolutionary.

I don't care what they call it, just more of this! (And then co-op Perfect Dark)

I love getting to see the suffering consequences of Abby going shotgun crazy last time. It was funny hearing Dan say "I wanna tell you to conserve more shotgun ammo but your doing great". But you don't conserve ammo because it makes doing that part easier its because it makes parts down the line easier.

I really like the Skyrim shop keepers. They say amazing quips.

Also, does anyone else get nervous when they see people saving on only 1 save file?? I always end up with like 50 different save slots. Not because I want to go back, but for the slight chance that your save becomes corrupt. It's such a small chance but you never know!

Alright, we're in. This game's way too long but we must continue this to completion.

I've never played RE4. Only recently have I gotten into the games with RE2 being my game of the year thus far so I'm very happy they're continuing this. They all look like they're all having a great time.

To those complaining, do what I did when Abby played through RE2 every week: don't watch. Simple:)

Personally I like Playdates that play games to completion. Some of my favorite early GBeast memories are Contradiction, Until Dawn, and Life is Strange. That also lead us to playing through Tender Loving Care and Resident Evil 2. I know Playdates have never stayed consistently one thing, but in my mind I always associate them with random play throughs of games worth seeing to completion.

Plus, RE4 is one of the best games ever, so if they keep going with this, that would be "cool".

Excited as hell about watching this!! Love Abby and RE4.
