Don't know why she has more male fans than others pop stars but as a dude who's pop music taste is basically just Lady Gaga and Carly, I find Taylor Swift way too fake to be tolerable and I think Ariana is just whatever.

Going in, all I remember of the island is it has those really shitty regenerating zombies you need to shoot them in very specific spots. I would not be entirely surprised if they got removed in re releases.

The "Dan doesn't know the simplest shit" thing has jumped the shark so hard for me. Either it's a bit which has long run its course or Dan really has been so aloof his whole life that it really is a miracle he's where he is in his life right now.

It's not really. There are a lot of things that you just don't put any further consideration into because it's not really needed unless you get put on the spot for it for a specific reason. One could live their entire successful happy life and know only that yeah butter is butter I like that on toast sometimes.

It's very funny to shout DAN and be really frustrated and exasperated about these things but like it's definitely not a bit and totally understandable to me how exactly this would come about.

The Dairy section of a grocery store will also frequently contain things like fruit juices, tea, coffee, cookie dough, biscuit dough, etc... that doesn't make any of these things dairy products lol

Everyone was definitely 100% too white in this. Those were for sure some blown out highlights. Not sure what they were seeing on the studio monitors that looked different.

@milkman: Exactly. Dan definitely plays it up to get a reaction. I don't think it's entirely a bit, though. I think Dan has the same basic questions that everyone has pop into his head. In Dan's case, though, instead of pondering the inane question for a moment and realizing how dumb/simple it is (as the rest of us usually do), he just blurts it out without thinking about it. He has no filter, for better or worse. But I do think he deserves every bit of incredulity that is thrown at him, and he relishes it, like the true heel that he is.

I hope Abby does the Ada DLC after finishing RE4.

Beating an unfunny bit about an ugly midget into the ground says a lot about the state of this website in 2019.

I've seen some of the pushback to Carly Rae's popularity that Abby was expressing elsewhere as well, and it feels a little gatekeeper-y to me. So what if a dude suddenly likes Carly Rae Jepsen? It's accessible, high quality pop music, doesn't seem that unbelievable that someone might just get into it. I'm sure some dudes are performative about it, but I wouldn't assume that's how every enthusiastic new Carly fan is. It's just good music, Brent.

abby, as a friendly check, you do come off a little overly judgmental and label-y from time to time. It's ok, but just maybe less down the nosing at people/things you don't understand? Be as hipster as you want with your bjork body pillow, but also, it's fine to let Dan like metal gear and I'm going to say the gang was/is very polite when you didn't know who, for example Gwar was. Yah it felt especially weird after Abby has been going on for weeks about Bjork which is the ultimate electronic art house music. I listen to a really eclectic selection of music and I can't imagine listening to Bjork, much less anyone being this in love with her, but I guess thats the beauty of music where everyone can find something they like.
