This one was a little rough with the sudoku and nonagram puzzles but I still loved it. Can't wait for the next one!

I was sure the killer or whatever was going to be the sister (Yumi?) because the creepy shed pervert seemed too obvious. Also she tore pages out of that book to cover her tracks. Apparently she just likes ripping pages and trusting people too much.

Loved this long episode, currently my favorite feature on this site, I am really looking forward to another episode ..

i guess it's just not a great one for streaming, but this was easily the best mystery in one I've watched so far. They really paced out the info well and you could never tell how nefarious the ending would be. Playing it might be more frustrating though., especially without Oracle Vinny. The last one I lost interest in the game after an episode so it was nice to get hooked into one.

This one wasn’t great. I’m amazed people have such a hunger for them too despite the very budget-title look and feel.

I'm actually considering buying some of these dumb games next time their on sale. Feels like I missed something when I was younger, back when I played Sims 2 half the day.

Yes, that one accent that everyone is saying is bad -- it is indeed not a native speaker. it's a white lady from Canada who basically just replaced all the L's with R's and it's BADDD.

Even if it wasn't the best game, this was a lot of fun!

That sequence after the final puzzle scared the absolute shit out of my partner and I! Holy Cow!

That was really fun!

I even enjoyed watching the final picross, that's a type of puzzle where you can get into the head of the person doing it ,and figure out what they're figuring out at the same time, and it's fun when they do something you didn't notice (or vice versa).

The nighttime soundtrack to this is giving me SERIOUS Dead By Daylight vibes. Like when you can't see the Killer, but they're close enough to trigger the heartbeat/tense music.

No one makes big budget versions of stuff like this.

Production value wise it reminds me a lot of the budget adventure game market that was out there for a while. Stuff like the Dracula series. Also has educational game vibes, which also used to be a big genre that has all but disappeared.

Anyways I do wish they did big budget detective games.

For me, I would like if they played more Adventure games in general on GBeast. I'll take anything I can get. Wasn't a big fan of this one but some of the others have been fun to watch and I enjoy Abby's enthusiasm.

@stephen_von_cloud: that’s why I like games like Myst or recently Obduction or even the Sherlock Holmes games which have some cool puzzles and interesting design. Sherlock Holmes especially has a cool mechanic wherein you are never told if your decision to condemn a suspect is right or not and it really makes you think before you make a decision.

I hope they deviate from Nancy Drew for the next round of episodes but I also get that it’s an “Abby” feature so I’d totally understand if they just kept on rolling through with these.

Definitely not my favourite Nancy Drew we've seen. The train one was probably the best so far. However, as always I really enjoy the banter and commentary and jokes that come along with these.

Drinking game idea: take a shot each time Abby goes to the wrong room.

Abby's frustration is totally understandable though. This game seems to be all over the place and the mystery wasn't really that intriguing. And my god the puzzles. So obscure and difficult and not in the good way either. Next game I hope Alex does one of those law and order games he mentioned.

man i LOVE CLUE CREW!!!! the aesthetics of the nancy drew games are so nostalgic and comfy to me. they got such a cool feel. abby and alex have such a fun dynamic that compliments the games tone very well!!! i hope they keep doing this

This is such a chill, fun series. I really like watching it at the end of the day and just... relax.
