That being said, this is an amazing video. Easily some of the best giant bomb content I've seen in some time.
@big_denim: PSVR works fine, but the developer forgot they are making a game for people sitting on a couch in a living room with probably a coffee table in front of them. The amount of time Abby had to pick things off the floor is ridiculous. at least they could have made some kind of telekinesis mechanic where you point at things to pick them up or use something on them. The precision required to interact with things is just bad UX.

Abby's ability to go from scream to casual chat is remarkable.
This was an awesome video, but I'm kinda hoping for some non-VR stuff soon. It's a bit harder to watch than a typical game, tech problems notwithstanding.
Abby's screams are incredible. Those and the wonky tracking made an otherwise really bland game a treat. I guess blandness is the series trademark for Paranormal Activity, though.

I'm glad I passed on this when it came out. The lack of object grabbing assist is a real problem on this sort of PSVR game, and it's weird that they didn't think to add any. Just a light magnetic grab with a highlight would make this a million times better.
Lots of "Pick it up" in this episode, and for once I'm NOT talking about ska.

Oh man too funny. This video is an instant classic for sure.
Guys I love the spooky motif but the PSVR tracking is gonna keep wonking up, you simply can't use orange or blue lights behind the player because those are the colors of the lights that the camera is looking for to track stuff. It's a more different shade of orange than last time, so the hand tracking isn't completely abysmal anymore, and honestly a lot of the problems are on the games end - making you pick up stuff off the floor on PSVR is a no go - but still! You're better off with NO Lights at all behind the player or else the tracking will always wonk out. I recommend green lights if any and have them off to the far side of frame, behind the camera or far outside it's periphery. Maybe really dim lighting like candles. Otherwise you're gonna keep eating flashlights
The wobbly tracking made it look like Abby's character was super spooked and had trembling hands all the time haha
I feel like Abby's playing the character of the dead grandma who has trouble getting things off the floor and reaching too far. But also gets confused when she ends up passing through solid objects.
This is borderline experimental.
Good editing, good video. VR still has a long way to go.
That was hilarious. Abby is a trooper. I probably would have ripped the headset off ten minutes in! Love this series, keep it up.

These may be already recorded. And if so I apologize for back seat tech support:
The backing lights need to be set to green or yellow and their intensity lowered if they cant be turned off outright. Blue/red/orange are all colors that the ps camera are searching for with the PSVR and moves.
