The one thing I want from Square Enix is a sci fi tomb raider game. I would love to explore tombs as Lara in like 2220 or 3220 how she got to the future or another planet, who cares, just give me that game. I don't think any games have held up compared to the animations in Rise and Shadow of the Tomb Raider those games are still top notch visual treats and hardly anything from this show looks that good. It is like everyone has gone to unique styles rather than photorealism, Stalker 2 may be closest sticking to photo realism this entire e3, but damn, does Babylons Fall look awful art wise.

Doesn't mean I'm not interested in a lot of these games, but Baby'lons fall is a perfect example of how to make a game look visually unappealing by trying to make it look better. Its like this post processing/rendering technique they are using decimates the player models so the original vision is completely lost, from the concept to the in game art I'm just going ... that is cartoony though, you didn't want to make that but you did.

Also does anyone know what engine Life is Strange Remastered is using?

Kinda funny after watching this AND then the future games show, that future games show actually had some more exciting looking games. After today though I went from thinking there were no games I was going to play to about 20+ games that look at least interesting and worth trying out. Still can't say there is anything announced this entire E3 or show cased that comes close to my excitement for Diablo 4.

Something looks and feels wrong with Babylon's Fall, but I can't put my finger on it.

As someone who is not really that big on the whole Guardians thing, and I'm also not that big on Star Lord as a character, I found the long presentation of the new action game interesting enough for me to check out. I especially like the Telltale elements in the game. I hope those choices really matter in the end, which will create some good replay value for different endings.

And screw CHAOS, wasn't that impressed.

Not much super interesting for me here, but I'm always up for more Life is Strange though!

My problem with that Guardians game is the same as their Avengers game: it doesn't look unique enough. I feel like with these games they either have to make them look exactly like the movie, exactly like the comics, or their own thing. But in both Avengers and Guardians they made them look close enough to the movies without being like the movies, which makes it look like a bad copy of the movies instead of its own thing. It also doesn't help that both the Avengers and Guardians have a bunch of different teams during all the years the comics ran but, in both games, they decided to do the exact team as in the movies. Also, that Star-Lord looks awful and a douchebag, but not in a charming way like it should be for the character to work.

Overall, this was a bad press conference. Except for CHAOS!

Also, Jeff's Orson Welles joke was really, really, good.

God, those Guardians look terrible. Like someone sucked all the charisma out of the movie characters and put the then resulting lifeless husks into this game.

I didnt know this Origin game was from NT before watching this.
