This was the most lackluster State of Play I’ve seen in quite awhile.

Getting some Xenoblade X vibes off of Star Ocean: The Divine Force. Hopefully it will be a better game than what I've heard Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness was!

@psykodoughboy: They've been heavily supporting Indies since the early PSP and PS3 days, what are you talking about?

That was... err.. Lacklustre? I feel like Sony could have used this to divert attention away from the upcoming Xbox releases of Forza 5 and Halo, but... they didn't. This whole thing felt kind of pointless, really?

That certainly was underwhelming

The new Star Ocean looked interesting. I haven't fully played a SO since SO3 : Till The End of Time. But yeah, very weak and almost pointless State of Play.

@shtinky: I think they're referring to the articles from a few months prior that hinted at Sony investing its focus into big blockbuster titles and aren't willing to take as much risk considering development costs. I think? In general it seemed like a classic internet-case of everyone overreacting.

Anywho, on topic, I think that was underwhelming, but Little Devil Inside looks promising.

Five Nights creator Scott Cawthon's only sin as far as I know is donating to Republican political candidates. Fine if you disagree with his views, but he doesn't deserve the branding of a "creep" and a "bad, bad man"

OFK "performed" at last year's Game Awards. Honestly I'd blocked it from my memory because of how awkward it was.

😩 First Class Trouble has been in development for 3 years. It’s only a clone because Among Us beat it to release.

@joehogan: well, Among Us also released 3 years ago, so if that's when their development was starting, it's hard to not compare against it

@lyndbako: yeah, as far as I am aware Scott Cawthon didn't do anything to warrant being a "creep", and even if you don't agree with who he has donated to, the level of backlash he received seems a bit much

Little Devil Inside stole the show here.

Those Star Ocean characters look awful to me.

The time honored tradition of talking over when they say the title of a game, then trying to figure out the title themselves!

But yeah, Little Devil inside keeps looking more interesting. The racist element removed from this game I believe were small enemies with black bodies, tiki masks, and dreadlocks, with weapons that looked like blunts. They appear in the first trailer from last summer.
