im slightly miffed at the amount of time the staffers are spending on the title screen's of these quick looks at the start. I wanna see you guys get into the game right away

The Sega CD version of Terminator is a 2D side scrolling shoot em up where you play as Kyle Reese, and it's pretty good. The music is good as well. So they're not all bad.

Happy to see this. A terminator FPS is escapism at it's best. So tired of terrorists settings in FPS, it's a convenient backgrop but and uneasy one. I was in London during the 2005 attack. To see an attack in London in a Modern Warfare is perhaps exciting in a game but serves nothing than numb people to the real reasons of terrorism, and violence isn't the answer as the game always suggests..

The UI, items, and item icons all remind me of 7 Days to Die.

Kind of unfortunate they quit right when it started to get interesting.

Dan Quick Looks always seem too brief.

@graydeath: Youtube guy BigBangBlitz mentioned that game in the YT channel upload, although he went into more detail about that game's features. I'm inclined to trust him, because he seems to specialize in those sorts of old gems (I learned about The Outfoxies from his channel).

Terminator hasn't been interesting since 3, but I like the idea of what they're trying to do here. Will play this when it gets a little cheaper.

Am I the only one annoyed at the fact that Dan is super pissy and dismissive during the entire thing, even before he tried the game for the first time? Just comes off elitist as fuck.

It's a Terminator game from a studio that's never made a good game. I think it's fair to go in with low expectations.

@cameron: sure, but then why even do a quick look if you think it’s shit and have zero interest. It then comes off like you are just trying to fill a quick look (video) quota on the site by churning out shit.

Even Brad a few UPFs ago mentioned he heard good things about this game, from what they showed in the quick look it looked decent and didnt warrant Dan’s pissy attitude. And even if it’s shit, I like this crew, I’d like for them to give things a fair shake, not what Dan did here. I’d have zero problem with this kind of attitude if it started with him saying “I played a few hours of this already, let’s take a look”. But he was just shitting on it for no reason. Not a good attitude to have towards something a bunch of people spent years of their life on. Prime example of judging the book by its cover.

I only watched this because of the mention from an email on a recent Beastcast. I thought the "dunking on men's skin care" was going to be more elaborate than one passing mention.

Judgment can be spelled with or without an E. Neither are incorrect. In fact, I thought that it was supposed to be spelled with an E for the longest time because WoW's Paladin class has a Judgement ability that is spelled with an E.
