I'm 2.5 mins in and just came to realization that I'm older than Abby. She said she was finishing 8th grade in 2007, I graduated High School in 2007. I'm 28 years old and have never felt older than I do now.

Oh Jeff. Putting the last Assassin's in his GOTY list and now saying he didn't like it.

Was Vinny going anywhere with the bit where he asked everybody where they were 10 years ago? I mean, I learned approximately how much younger Abby is than the rest of the crew, and also I learned that Jeff B was living at home at 25 (the true millennial experience), but it isn't the anniversary of anything I can think of, and Vinny didn't seem to have a point to the segment. It feels like they just stumbled into it being Dan's birthday, and that was it.

Not where I live or any of the surrounding states. Might be a NY/SF thing, lot of drugs and stuff.

LOL they do this shit all the time, especially with AC. At the time they say it was good. I still remember back when AC III came out it got 4/5 on here and Ryan liked it but by GOTY it easily won biggest disappointment and no one said it was any good basically.

They also have been shitting on Black Flag some and I am not such a fan of it but they all seemed to be at the time.

I don't think anyone on the staff apart from Vinny maybe was ever really a fan of the series. I think a lot of those games are genuinely good, and no, not just Assassins Creed 2 or Brotherhood. AC3 was actually kind of a downer but Revelations gets a really bad rep despite being the most technically proficient and diverse of the bunch and Black Flag while a little one note was a nice change of pace. I never got around to Syndicate so I can't speak for it but a lot of people that played it seemed to like it so I guess it can't be all that bad.

Now they have Dan onboard who pretty much declares the games to be bad, and not in a form of an opinion but a straight up factual statement, and Vinny fell off so there isn't anyone to actually step in and say "hey those games were actually pretty fun."

@bisonhero: Is it because this is Giant Bomb's 10th E3? Just a thought.

I've seen this in New England (and not necessarily the big cities). Stores like CVS and Walgeeens will keep them locked down. It's because people will see them and commit crimes like stealing them.

@bladeofcreation: Isn't that physically impossible because Jeff was still working for Gamespot at this time in 2007?

@bisonhero: So if Giant Bomb went to E3 from 2008-2017, this is their 10th E3. Which I guess is still weird, and I also don't get what Vinny was going for.
