I used to eat like Vinny's described binge but being broke recently has gotten me used to eating smaller portions.

This is why GB is the only way to watch E3. They are able to filter out the bullshit and focus on the real important parts of wE3d

ugh i hate 4/20. I'm also not obsessed with weed or getting high. Always been turned off by that culture, those people, and all that bizniz.

This will make sense for folks as they listen to the first 20 minutes. Carbonated soda/ water expands your stomach, allowing you to eat more than usual.

Fun story about Ketamine: Ive' never "done" it but I did have it as part of a post-op IV to manage pain. For me, when administered as an IV in dosages carefully measured by medical professionals...it made me sick. As. Fuck. As in the most nauseated I've ever been. As in begging to be taken off of it before a replacement for the post-op pain had been decided because I felt so shitty and like I constantly wanted to throw up. And eventually, essentially was doing so regularly.

With most recreational drugs, even if they don't sound like my thing, I get why someone might be into them. After one bad experience with ketamine used as intended, I can't imagine using it in any way.

I think we can all agree that Vinny has proven once and for all that marijuana is in fact a gateway drug.

Also, two days of calories? I have to eat 3100 just to maintain my weight, and usually try for about 3500.

And I struggle to keep myself on the low end of healthy weight for my age and height.

I would like to see Jeff Bakalar join th e3 table. Here comes a new challenger! Might be too many people (too many cooks and all that), but I know that the GB producers wouldn't do it if it got too chaotic.

The only drug I need on a day like this is some internet hilarity which the Beastcast graciously provides, definitely a habit forming substance if there ever was one. Vinny's the kind of eater I'd probably get along great with. No meaningless conversation between bites, just shovelin' and chompin' until it's all gone. Rarely had many weight issues in my life (particularly since I started doing Yoga) but you best believe that once I get going on a meal it's not going to last long. Jeff and Abby were also in top comedic form as usual. Thanks as always.

@ybbaaabby we all love jeff b, but he gives you some seriously bad info about TV's haha. The one s runs original xbox games at a native 1080p, the one x runs them at a native 4k (or very near 4k if you're splitting hairs) and your tv is upscaling that 1080p image from your x and it does look far nicer than a regular tv. Jeff is wrong, he's a wonderful guy but he's wrong.

A few years ago my sister won a trip to Florida on Let's Make A Deal. The biggest reason everybody is so excited on that show is because before they start taping, they let everyone know to be real excited and they reserve the right to revoke your prizes if you don't look enthusiastic enough on camera including when you're still sitting back in your seat.

@oppai2: I know right, whenever his wife is out of town he embarks on some ritual of self harm through greese. What makes me laugh is he clearly a good father and very a conscious about what his kids eat.. minute they are out of sight he’s fucking up two family buckets.

If anyone could post an easily-shareable clip of Vinny's stoner intro I would love you forever. I nearly spit out my toothpaste as I was brushing this morning. Think those first two minutes could sell a couple friends of mine on the podcast for sure
