Re Squeenix putting out low effort garbage with high price tags - they’ve been doing this for at least the last decade. Balan and Outriders are a continuation of a pattern.

About halfway through the audio is noticeably out of sync. Probably a half of a second by the end, maybe a bit more.

@mikachops: Outriders is very much not low effort garbage though? Story sucks but the gameplay is fantastic.

I do wonder how much Limited Run Games products will go in the future. I just got the Terminator game no one cared about from a couple years ago on physical disc for PS5. It seems like the kind of weird thing that probably not as many people ordered.

@jeff If you thought switch CE's are bad, there's a whole market for people who buy VGA graded new releases at $150-$450 per game even though most retail stores are stocked with what should be high gradable games.

I use to not get cavities but then the dentist put sealers on my molars. The sealers started breaking and got all jagged, catching food under them and giving me cavities.

Jeff is so right about people hoarding recent games when they're new in the hopes of them appreciating in value, but because so many people have that in mind they likely never will. Reminds me of when MMOs would come out in the latter half of the 00s or 2010s where they'd have a bunch of "collector" stuff, trying to have their own version of prestige items like WoW had with the original collector's edition pets. It's not going to happen if you force it.

I had teeth people fuck shit up for me, too. When it was time for me to get braces, my orthodontist made this big deal about how I only needed to wear them for 13 months. "You're so lucky! That's a short time compared to most people!" blah blah blah. Fast forward like 2-3 years later, during an ortho check-up, and he was like "Umm... well... turns out we were wrong. You should get braces again." My mom was like fuck that, because insurance wouldn't cover any of it a second go around. And so I never went back to an orthodontist. My teeth are... eh. Could be better, could be worse.
