Unprofessional Fridays: UPF 08/12/22

It's my birthday today, and I'm watching Jan air fry an egg. Wouldn't have it any other way.

This is so weird, I ALSO thought the first episode of Seinfeld was the Chinese restaurant episode for the longest time until I started to re-watch recently and found it wasn't.

Why did we both have this in our minds? Was this at one point mentioned as misinformation? Perhaps a weird Mandela effect/false memory?

I think it's often referred to as like the first episode that really feels like Seinfeld, in the "a show about nothing" sense, since it truly is about nothing more than them waiting for a table and not actually getting it. I remember in the makings of in the DVDs it's the one early episode that everyone points to as when the show really started to hit its stride.

The eggs you buy to eat do NOT have a fetus in them. They are a shell with nutrients inside that a chicken fetus would absorb in order to grow to hatching maturity. The yolk would just be it's 'food'. There's no baby chicken to 'eat' that nutrients inside your egg, that's your snack now. Go to town on it.

(That's also why the eggs are so large: They have to contain everything the growing chicken needs until it's hatched)
