Here's hoping its more Shattered Memories, less Homecoming

I'll save my hopes until I see it. I haven't actually enjoyed a Silent Hill game since the third, which was the last good one in my opinion. They've really lost their touch in recent years.

Also, I'd kill for some Move support.  The flashlight in Shattered Memories was good, but still prone to crazy Wii interference.  Move could bring something to it.  You could even have situations where you need to twist it to see into tight passages and so on.

  It would be really nice if Konami would stop farming the series out to random third-party devs.  Vatra Games hasn't even developed a game before, Double Helix mostly handled Earthworm Jim and movie licenses, and Climax has a resume full of disposable garbage.  At this point, I'd rather see the first three games updated on PS3/360 and the series put on hold indefinitely.

You know, i would pay for a crudely drawn stick figure Silent Hill, provided they kept everything else about the game as dark and fucked up as possible. I want to see my stick-protagonist screaming and trying to gouge his eyes out with shards of glass.

I foresee shitting my pants in fear and crying in a corner sucking on my thumb, just like I did with Silent Hill 2.

Sounds a bit like Shattered Memories didn't do so well on the Wii, what with them moving to PS3 and 360. You'd think at this point it'd be a safe bet to do a Wii game since you can just port it over to PS3 and 360 anyway.
