I disagree.  Wizball Main Theme by Martin Galway is the best video game music ever.

Arma Varations III & IV from Outcast.

idk... I was actually impressed by the music in CoD MW2 (but that's because there was rock music when you played as the Americans lol)

I'd like to throw every single track from Golden Sun into the mix. 
Every single song is a fantastic reminder about the fantastic parts of that utterly fantastic game, and do a fantastic job of simply being fantastic music. 
So hyped for Golden Sun DS. The main themes of FF6 and FF7 are also hella good.
