I regularly have ~900 tourists (almost all medium wealth) in my ferry terminal, less than a block away from the Globe Theatre and a bunch of medium wealth commercial buildings. Whenever they leave the terminal, they just walk across the street, pause for a second, and then all return to the ferry terminal. Meanwhile, my plays at the theatre only get ~50% attendance and my block full of commercial buildings are all getting regularly abandoned due to high taxes/lack of customers. Anybody else seeing stuff like this?
