After watching that video, I FUCKING AGREE!!! I mean, this and Battlefield Bad Company are both from EA...so maybe DICE and the Skate doods can get together and work something out!

Ah man, do you remember those awesome cheats in the Tony Hawk's games? If you sucked at a competition you could just start flying and get like, a bajillion point combos.

I love the explosion three and a half minutes in, where the guy bails and gets covered by the dust cloud, and you just see his skateboard rolloing out of this massive blast.

That last dude's name was literally has "mo cap" in it.

One of the things Tony Hawk (at least Project 8) had was motion captured tricks to play in slow-mo and from various angles. I wish THPS1 had that back when I was first learning how to skate. Either way, high speed cameras fit skateboarding videos as well as fish eye lenses.

wow, that's funny, i wouldn't have bought skate 2 if it had explosions. i think that's why i'll never buy another tony hawk. no innovation, and way too many explosions and other lame additions (although, there might not actually be explosions in the tony hawk series, it just seems like something neversoft would pull by tony hawk underground...)
