Star of the TV show "Annie: Girl of the Stars" (Peacock's favorite show), and potential Skullgirls DLC character. It is rumoured that she is immortal.
A famous wrestler in the Skullgirls universe. Became the second DLC character voted in by fans after an Indiegogo campaign.
Big Band began as a background character in Skullgirls, and graduated via DLC to becoming the first playable male member of the cast, due to a successful Indiegogo funding.
A tumbling, soaring dynamo of star power, Cerebella is admired for her enormous strength and alluring curves.
An ally of the Skullgirl. This nightmarish creature can assume the form of any person, most frequently a smiling nun.
A famous New Meridian nightclub singer in Skullgirls who has been alive long enough to be know by many names, including 'Nefera' and 'The Crimson Scourge'. Revealed during the Indiegogo campaign, Eliza was the third DLC character to be added to the game.
Once just an ordinary schoolgirl, Filia woke up one day without any memories and an unruly mop of demonic hair in the form of the Parasite Samson.
Fukua is a palette swap of Filia, added to the Skullgirls Encore beta on April 1st, 2014 as a joke. She was later added as a permanent fixture on May 13th, 2014.
Gum is the deuteragonist and one of the main mascots of the Jet Set Radio video games who is an original founder of the GGs. She is a sarcastic, uptight, and upbeat graffiti gangster who enjoys skating through Tokyo-To without care. Unlike the other characters from the franchise, Gum has had a lot of appearances outside her respected franchise since her debut in 2000. Because of her popularity, Gum is often mistaken as the lead character of the Jet Set Radio series.
Leviathan is the parasite that allows Squigly to function after her death.
A pun-loving cat burglar, Ms. Fortune is a feline humanoid of the undead persuasion.
A normal schoolgirl named Carol, until she was kidnapped by Valentine and transformed into Painwheel.
The military leader and princess of Canopy Kingdom, Parasoul fights with poise and dignity using her living umbrella, Kreig.
The magnum opus of the Anti-Skullgirl Labs, Peacock is a mechanical monstrosity built from a broken little girl.
Initially just a joke voiceover by Kimlinh Tran during a stream of Skullgirls, Robo-Fortune took on a life of her own via their Indiegogo fundraiser and became first an official alternate voice pack for Ms. Fortune, and then a full-fledged character of her own.
Samson is the hair-like parasite that is attached to Filia's head. He is the source of a majority of her attacks. A giant Samson was revealed to be one of the potential DLC characters that fans could vote on.
Squigly is an undead opera singer and the first announced DLC character for Skullgirls.
Parasoul's little sister. She shows up in story scenes, and at one time was to be the second DLC character. Carries one freaky-lookin' bumbershoot.
A ninja/nurse hybrid in Skullgirls. She is the only survivor of Last Hope, a squad of anti-Skullgirl lab operatives, but now serves the Skullgirl herself.
