    After Fasa Studios closed, Smith and Tinker was formed by many of the same people behind Fasa, retaining many of their old intellectual properties. The company is mostly working on smaller games for browsers or portable devices.

    Smith & Tinker was founded by former Fasa-founder Jordan Weisman. Their first announced game was called Nanovor, as of current writing (december 2011) still listed as "Coming soon" on their site. Also as of current writing, the "Team" site on said page uses Mii's to showcase each employee.

    Smith & Tinker currently hold the electronic license for Battletech, on lease from Microsoft.

    They primarily develop mobile games.
