Wow, this delaying business is getting out of hand.

I wasn't even in the Beta but they should just give us a later release date then say here guys we're going to be kind and bring X out early. Then everybody lives happily ever after.

It only got delayed a few days. I don't really care.

I don't have anything to play all month, so it's not like it's getting in the way of anything... except for the Resistance 2 beta. ;-P

im got so excited to play on monday. now i have to wait.
im upset but i will live.
but i hate how it was 2 DAYS before the release.
and people say that "chill they delayed it so it would be better!"
but i was under the impression this was a BETA not a demo. as a beta i was expecting bugs and glitches. is that not the point? to test things out? yes there was a private beta but that dont mean they will find all the bugs.
sigh more COD for me then.

Wow 712 comments and counting on the blog. Pretty much everyone is bitching, it's getting out of hand but after reading quite a few, I guess I understand their anger. People with family went on vacation this week for the BETA's release, now they're screwed. It's terrible marketing to be delaying the BETA this many times, but 48 hours in advance? I'm not a SOCOM fan but that's weak towards a huge dedicated fanbase. A week in advance would have been not so catastrophic. Lesson learned Slant Six? I surely hope so.

ok just got the news the emails and beta release will role out 10am PST tomorrow SEPT 5. cant wait to start downloading!

Hrm. Well considering I'm not even invited to the Beta... I don't care!..

Anyone from the UK (and I stress that is has to be UK I think) can get a beta key at 4PM GMT from Eurogamer.net.
