Lemme get this off my chest, I hate Sonic 4. 
I don't even know why I started this...but I started spinning the slot machine in Generic Casino Zone. 
Why did I do it? To ease the pain of my childhood being kicked and beaten? To stock up on lives?
I needed every bit of lives I got from this, fuck those bosses.
 
When I was finished with the 100 spins, I had 24 lives, the most rings I had at one time was 724.
 
Now a breakdown of which result is the most frequent, down to the least frequent.
 
Junk (0-4 rings depending on BAR):  34% 
Junk is any result except for 3 in a row. So of course this is the highest number.
Kinda disappointed that I never got Jackpot-Jackpot-Robotnik though.

I hated the level where I I had to get 100,000 points at the casino. The rest of the game isn't great, but it's alright.

I saw my brother playing this exact level earlier and all I could think of was "Wow, this looks fucking horrible."
