    Soulcalibur IV

    Game » consists of 14 releases. Released Jul 29, 2008

    The fifth installment in Namco's Soul series of weapon-based fighting games, Soulcalibur IV is the first to be released on seventh-generation consoles and the first online entry in the series. It's known for its use of Star Wars characters as guest fighters.

    Yep its out this coming week,reviews usually get put up a few days before. I got PS3 version coming from Gamefly,so glad some new good games are starting to hit in the coming months. Can only play the same shit over and over so much.

    These are kind of just the early reviews.  ME gamers actually reviewed the game without ever playing it online, and 1UP and Play probably were allowed exclusive early reviews in the US and UK respectively.  Come Monday, I'm sure most everyone will have their reviews up, and I'll just be able to edit a metacritic link into the OP and be done with it.

    Of course, if you're interested in online play then all these reviews are meaningless.  I don't trust any scores until people have had a chance to play it out in the wild of the real internet, with thousands of others trying to access the game at the same time.  If the online is broken, which it could be, then the game is garbage.  I'm hoping that's not the case.

    Well you need to get real life friends then  :p

    Yes, the online ranking system should be nice if it works, but there's nothing like throwing stuff across the room because your buddy just tooled on you when you thought you were the best at a certain character.
