Let's face it, this ground juggling/lightning shooting god of sorts is a bit cheap. That being said, if you just want to beat the bastard with Yoda and don't care how it's done than I have one word for you, throw. Block often and he'll have no way to hurt you, when you can use your throw on him and continue this pattern. It isn't pretty and takes no skill, but you'll have the character at least.
