    What did you do to get the final map?  I have played through story mode with everyone and about 20 floors up on the tower.  I have played on every stage I have and do not have the achievement yet so I must be missing one.

    You are probably missing the map see saw on floor 14 you have to do three guard impacts to get it. Also have you unlocked the apprentice for his map.

    Warning you it can be hard to do three guard impacts there just keep trying and press A and forward on the d-pad at the same time when someone attacks
