    Overview

    The popular adult cartoon on Comedy Central of the same name has been given several video game incarnations. The games are given their own backstory and do not share any plots with episodes of the show. However, they do exist entirely within the South Park universe so many similar locations do pop up including but not limited to, Big Gay Al's animal sanctuary, Canada, the South Park mountain, and others. The franchise has not stuck to any one genre, encompassing racing games, mini-game compilations, and even first-person shooters. None of the videogames have garnered nearly as much attention or critical praise as the TV show as of yet.
