Though their black armor and grim appearance (most notably skull helmets) might make them seem servants of Chaos, Chaplains are quite the opposite; they are the Space Marines who zealously revere the God-Emperor and just as zealously keep watch on their fellows to ensure their loyalty to the cause is unflinching and their hearts untainted by heresy.
