I'm unable to find a wiki/list of the choices in the game that offer different content, anything from different cut scenes or just some extra dialogue from squad members based on actions preformed or not. There doesn't seem to be a list anywhere I looked so far and I'd be interested to know. From what I can tell nothing is really far reaching and at most only offers different content in the encounter your in but has no real bearing past that instance. It's also hard to notice if choices impact your squads status other than the overall progression that affects them anyways.

Stuff like the very obvious choice between the Civilian and the Soldier hanging together waiting to be chosen to live or die etc, down to shooting or letting the CIA guy go etc.
