Spike Chunsoft Co., Ltd. is a video game developer and publisher that was founded after the merger of both Chunsoft and Spike in April of 2012. The company, headed by both Mitsutoshi Sakurai and Koichi Nakamura, is the creator and owner of several notable franchises including Danganronpa, Fire Pro Wrestling, Zero Escape, Shiren the Wanderer, Conception and many more.

On December 1, 2017, Spike Chunsoft founded their own US subsidiary based in California called Spike Chunsoft, Inc. that took over the publishing and localization duties of the company's many titles, which had previously been handled by a number of third-party publishers. The creation of this subsidiary also came with a partnership with 5pb, creators of the Science Adventure series, where Spike Chunsoft would translate and publish the company's games outside of Japan, which began with the PC release of Steins;Gate 0 in 2018.
