I only know like, 3 songs from that. But they're all songs I'm into. And judging by the QLEX, everything else in there seems like stuff I'd be into, more or less.

Wow I'm pretty pleased with this soundtrack, I was expecting more skrillex, but there's less which I'm VERY pleased with. There are a good number of sweet tracks though! Thanks!

For those keeping track, here's what was rumored, that now seems to be dispelled:

    • Amon Tobin - Heat
    • Ash - Embers
    • Au Revoir Simone - Another Likely Story (Neon Indian Remix)
    • Bob Bradley ft. Nick McEnnally - Shatter
    • Chilly Gonzales - You Can Dance (Robotaki Remix)
    • Danny Byrd - Ill Behaviour
    • Don Diablo - Respect Doesnt Pay The Bills(Livin It Up) ft. Rhymefest
    • Fenech-Soler - Lies (Doctor P Remix)
    • Hey Monday - Set Off
    • Joker - Milky Way
    • Junkie XL - No Remorse
    • Las Ketchup - Kusha Las Payas
    • Madeon - Icarus
    • Mint Royale - Singin' In The Rain (Club Mix)
    • The Drums - Book Of Revelations (Jacknife Lee Mix)
    • The Fratellis - Chelsea Dagger
    • The Joy Formidable - Austere
    • The Qemists - Dem Na Like Me (feat. Wiley)
    • The Qemists - Your Revolution (Reso Remix)
    • The Sound of Arrows - Into The Clouds (Fear Of Tigers Remix)
    • The Submarines - 1940 (AmpLive remix)
    • TRS-80 - Horizons

I notice however, that the SSX 2012 soundtrack that's available on Amazondoes have an Amon Tobin track, and some other things from The Qemists, Camo & Krooked, and Raffertie, so there's at least a handful of other tidbits in the game.

Edit: I guess those ones on the Amazon release are the 10 in-game Deadly Descents tracks listed in the OP.

Hmmm...I could have sworn during the quicklook, or some other video floating around, that there's clearly a track indicator that comes up onscreen that says "Madeon - Icarus". I guess it got cut? That's one, off the top of my head, that I'll be adding back in myself!

Me too, pretty interested in listening to most of this stuff since I usually love EA Soundtracks, because they fit their games so nicely, even though I might not ever want to listen to Avril Lavigne, I still enjoyed the song every time it came on in Burnout Paradise.

From what I've heard on the QL and other videos around the web, the sountrack is pretty fitting. I'll be adding a few tracks of my own too. Love that feature!

It's still going to be a long wait, these few weeks.

The best part of this reveal was the other news that came with it, which is the ability to use your own music, if you wish to.

Gamers will have the ability to upload their own music to SSX to create custom playlists for menu and in-game music. SSX also features a dynamic music remix tool that will automatically remix licensed tracks and custom music based on the player’s actions and performance in-game.

Probably gonna use my own music, but that's not a bad soundtrack, I guess. I despise Skrillex with a passion though. Nice to see Handsome Furs on there.

Not to seem pedantic or anything (although I know this will), but that was a verbatim quote from an EA press release that, I believe, came out last November (maybe as early as October?)

In all honesty, at the time - when we heard the soundtrack to SSX3 we didn't know a lot of the artists or collaborations. Now, as far as On Tour goes that was a familiar soundtrack. Maybe this SSX will have a soundtrack to remember when looking back

I have no idea who 99% of these artists are. I bet it will be solid, but more looking forward to using a custom soundtrack and having it remix that music on the fly.

So glad to see Two Door Cinema Club on that list, even if it is a remix. Personally I would've preferred the original but oh well.

This is a pretty big bummer for me. There used to be awesome punk stuff, and even some metal (on tour) but what's all this then?? :( Looks like I'm gonna have to make my own sick-ass pop punk playlist to ride to.

    I've heard of Noisia...and Skrillex...and Run-DMC...and DJ Shadow.

I'm going to have to go look all this up, but from the looks of it, they went super techno heavy...which is a little problematic to me. The soundtrack for SSX 3 was super diverse, and it let me put a Playlist on with RHCP, Thrice, Finger Eleven, Yellowcard, the QOTSA remix, and a couple others and not feel like I was missing out.

But...I guess I could just turn the music off completely and use my own music on the Xbox if I wanted. I just won't get the sweet ambient kick-out that SSX does whenever you hit the big air. = (
