If you care, the PS3 version runs a tiny bit better.

1-10, I give the PS3 version 9,5 and xbox 9. I actually started caring after Black Ops. The PS3 version isn't optimized and I felt a bit ripped off.

On the third level on the 360, and I've noticed a little bit of framerate issues but only for a couple seconds and never that much of an issue.

I've played every BioWare game since KoTOR--I've even gone back and played Jade Empire via emulation on the Xbox 360. I have gained immunity to framerate.

I don't know how far in you are but the framerate continues to get worse further into the game as the levels get much larger.

It's never really an issue though, it's a puzzle game, not some fast paced FPS.

    Does it matter?
I'm not setting up a combo that requires me to press the punch button at frame 4 in this 5 frame animation. As long as the frame-rate isn't god awful then the game is fine.

I'd be more tolerant if I were playing it on the PC, but on a console I expect it to play well.  As it goes, the frame rate doesn't kill the game, but it's bothersome.  Reminds me of Precipice of Darkness for PS3, Sam and Max...things are just choppy enough to say meh, I'll pass.

I used to raid Molten Core on a machine so dated that even with minimum settings it would chug down to 4FPS on certain fights.  I didn't notice anything on my full playthrough of the 360 version.  But even if I had it would have to have been dire to bug me.  It's an adventure game with almost no time time sensitive actions.
