Perhaps the old republic , but scores seem to say that you barely will be able to run Skyrim (minimum requirements)

I play the old republic on a 5y old minimum spec PC so. Yes it will run, and probably well. Even tho the game is crazy bad optimized.

The GT420 is much, much better than the card the minimum specs of TOR recommend.

It will be fine, just don't expect to max out the game or use any anti-aliasing.

Try to get a Nvidia GTX 560 (they cost around $200) if you need to go lower then I guess the GTX 550.
