    So I am currently living in Mexico and wanted to try it out but when trying to buy it I get an error saying it is not available in my region. I have googled a bit but can find anything, and only thing I could find on the official site was:

    Yes. The Old Republic™ will be localized in both French and German and will be available simultaneously in the following countries, with specific language editions listed after each country:
