So, I'm in the middle of a game with my brother at the moment and I'm not sure what to do. I'm Terran and he is Protoss. He has a shitload of photon cannons set up with an even bigger shitload of invisible dark templars in front of them. If I try to take out the templars, I never have enough marines to do so, and believe me, I have a lot. Even with the scanner sweep making them detectable, I can't do it. I have siege tanks ready to take out the photon cannons once the templars are out of the way, but I'm stuck right now. Any suggestions?

For anyone who is curious how it was finally decided, I just went bat-shit crazy producing siege tanks with the siege mode upgrade; must've had like 50 rushing in, along with two comsat stations providing scanner sweeps. Probably an obvious strategy for anyone who is good at this game, but I felt proud when I figured it out lol.

Couldn't you just get some air units and go around the cannons?
