So I'm down to my last $16 in PayPal. Deathspank is going for $7.50 and Darksiders is going for $10. I'm having trouble deciding. I also know now is a good time to get one or the other because I don't get paid again till Monday this is the only time those games will be that cheap. So please, someone help me decide.

Full retail game > XBLA game. Anyways, I think the general consensus is that Darksiders is awesome.

Darksiders was amazing to me, the only Zelda game i've played is Windwaker so everything Darksiders did was pretty new. However, if you've played a ton of Zelda, Darksiders might just be more of the same.

I know you've already made the decision, but Darksiders is easily the better deal, especially if you enjoy Zelda style games.

Having just finished Deathspank, I can attest to it being a flash in the pan experience. I wouldn't recommend it.

How is Darksiders on the PC? I'm genuinely interested in the game, but I am patient enough to wait for it to get cheaper for 360 if it plays better.

I don't even see how that would be a hard choice. Darksiders yo.

Not a fan of either, but if had to choose I'd choose Darksiders.

I love Darksiders, but I don't know how it is on the PC. 
If it doesn't have any issues, I'd definitely go with that.

Woah, I thought Darksiders wasn't so good. Now I'm actually considering buying it. What do you recommend: the PC version or the Xbox version? I have a 9800GT, which AFAIK is the minimum for running the game. Although I don't really care about ultra high graphic settings, I do care about performance. I mean, I can tolerate the potentially-worse console graphics, but not bad perfomance on PC.

You already made your decision, and it was the right one. Darksiders is an excellent game, i honestly could not recommended it enough.

 I'm playing it on PC right now and it's great.  It works fine.  There's key mapping, mouse sensitivity for X and Y, and you actually click through menus instead of having to use arrow and enter keys.  I'm not seeing video options except to change brightness and resolution though.  You can use a gamepad for it too if you want.  I highly recommend it.  It's only $10!
I'm gifting the game right now to my brother because it is so good.

Deathspank was a terrible game. 
 
Darksiders was one of the best of 2010.

As someone who only played the demo of Darksiders while she played through all of Deathspank, Darksiders is the obvious choice in this case.
