    Cant buy character with real monies on pc?

    So today steam upgraded SFV to arcade edition. First thing I wanted to do was change the Fighter ID and home flag but the game said using steam funds was unavailable. Also I cant seem to be able to purchase any characters with real money just fight bucks or whatever ( The option isnt even there ). However it seems you can buy costumes and stages with steam fucds. Anyone have any idea of whats going on?
