I wonder if anyone would object to this idea. 7 of the 12 original SF1 characters have made appearances in later games (assuming you count Mike aka Mike Bison aka Balrog). So for most people, it would be a mixed cast of mostly familiar characters along with 5 "new" characters, bridging the much more popular Alpha and 2 games.  Its a bit of a sausage fest for sure but who's to say some Alpha girls don't show up?

Uh no. I mean what I say. SF1, the game, with a new fighting engine. Dunno how you reached your guess but I'm not speaking in code.
