Found a screen of the game, it's in the game's gallery. The game is themed "adult" so don't say i did not warn you.

At least other adult games have slightly subtle or erotic sounding titles but this just sounds like an episode of Special Victims Unit.

Why does this game even exist? This isn't something you need a simulation for.... if you catch my drift.
