Battleships are large, heavily armed and armored naval warships, designed both give and take large amounts of damage.
The Blue Marine is the naval assault craft in Star Fox 64 that is notable for its infinite torpedos. Featured only once, subsequent games with underwater levels used the Arwing as an underwater vehicle instead.
A watercraft designed to travel on top of bodies of water. A favored tool of pirates and criminals.
Cruisers are larger ships that carry many weapons, typically either high caliber guns or missiles. They are versatile and come in many varieties, such as light cruisers or heavy cruisers.
Destroyers are quick and agile warships that are effective at hunting other ships down, most famously submarines. They are extremely versatile and can be used for a variety of combat roles.
Marine Pop is Mario's personal submarine.
An explosive ordinance propelled by a rocket engine designed to blow an object to smithereens. A missile is often guided, in some way, to its target. For example; by laser, remote control, or computer/GPS.

A nuclear bomb is a device made up of fissionable materials (ie Uranium) and standard explosives. It creates a nuclear chain reaction, which release large amounts of radiation and a shockwave.

The submarine boss of Zoness in Star Fox 64. This submersible monster is loaded with cannons, depth charges, a ball and chain, and a crane. Use bombs wisely!

A self-propelled explosive projectile, that is launched above or below the water surface toward a target, and is designed to detonate on contact or in proximity to its target. Commonly used in naval warfare.
