One of Sonic the Hedgehog's sidekicks. She is a pink hedgehog who was first introduced to the series on September 23, 1993. She was not created by the Sonic team.

The Flag Guy appears at the beginning of the race in Outrun and waves his checkered flag when it's finally time to begin your adventure. If you just sit still, he'll eventually take the opportunity to dazzle your girlfriend with some light exercise followed by fierce dance moves.
