Overview

Super Buckyball Tournament or SBT, in short, is a 3v3 action-packed sports game developed by Pathea Games. The game is set to be released in 2020, but no official release date has been announced yet. As in many other sports games, SBT evolves around maneuvering the ball into the goal of the opposing team. This objective is reached by the team with the best skills, ball play, strategy and team play.

Super Buckyball Tournament uses the Unity engine and is developed with well-designed real-time physics-based core play, bringing new experiences and innumerable strategic approaches with each game played.

Inspired by the incredible sphere-shaped allotrope Buckminsterfullerene also called a Buckyball, the name Super Buckyball Tournament was chosen. Originally SBT was based around the concept of customized giant fighting robots, but as the ball got involved and it was well perceived by developers and testers alike, the game has changed into what it is today.
