So @astrotriforce gave me the idea for this thread by saying he wanted Toad to be in the next super smash bros. Which I think would be an amazing idea. His B move can be him just constantly punching while if they keep the final smash, his final smash would be a swarm of Toads joining into the battle, helping Toad, for a period of time. What are you duders ideas? And what would the character's B and final smash move be?

I'm sad that there are no new first party IPs to be added to the roster, just more supporting characters from the same franchises. $50 says they add Mii as a character. I hope they don't change pokemon trainer's pokemon, I loved using him and the pokemon you got to control. Other then that there is no one in particular I want to see. I also hope we don't see a flood of namco characters get added to the roster. If you ask me they are in quite a pickle.

I thought Nintendo had the rights to it, which is why I suggested it. But I could be wrong. I often am.

I agree about Toad, but other than that I feel like they are sort of scraping the bottom of the barrel when it comes to first party stuff. Another Fire Emblem character, preferably a magic class, would be cool, but there's no one major enough to warrant their inclusion and most people don't know who Marth is as it is.

I can tell you one thing, I sure as shit don't want to see Waluigi.

Mega Man, some guy from Golden Sun, Sin & Punishment and Simon Belmont. I would be fine with bishonen Simon so long as it's not the design from Castlevania Judgement. When it comes to Mega Man then Classic is the way to go, though ZX could probably provide a pretty varied moveset.

most importantly I'd like to see that Sonic is either not in the game, or have a character model that actually looks at least decent and a running animation that isn't totally stupid. (for instance classic style Sonic would be fine and would actually fit his Smash Bros moveset.) Other than that there are things like Mr. Driller and Star Force Mega Man which might be nice to see, but those are 2nd priority.
