Never played him before as I'd never played the games he featured in, but in the initial announcement trailer he looked promising. As time has gone on though, he's starting to look less impressive, and although I still really want to try him out, I get the feeling he might not be that good. My biggest issue is that his Jaguar Tooth seems to take quite a while to actually connect, after the input, and I can imagine people being able to just DP or counter it on reaction.

Adon looks like he isn't going to be that great, but I'm sure there will be plenty of good ones out there. I mean, Vega (Claw) isn't very good in SFIV but I get beasted every so often by one online.
 
I will be trying all the characters out ofc, but from what I've seen of Adon I'm pretty sure I won't be maining him.

I've thought about it, but it dosn't look like he is going to have any combos so NO.

i'll give him a go but i didn't really like playing him in alpha so chances are I wont.

Well, Adon is my favorite character, so I'm at least going to try him. I'm little bummed that he doesn't seem to have any good combos, but that's Adon for you.

I wanted to main him as soon as he was announced, but the word on the street is that he's kinda bad, so I dunno. Who knows, maybe he'll be the next C. Viper. Everyone was pretty sure at first about C. Viper being bad, but that obviously turned out to be false.

No adon is really not the type of character i would ever consider to play as. Now makoto on the other hand...

I'd main him cause his voice acting is so annoying that it might cause my opponents to get mad.

I heard some a talk over at Capcom Unity that he will be the "Shoto-Killer."

Adon's so goofy that I have to mess around with him a little bit.

I'm definitely gonna try him out.  Mainly because he's likely going to be not very good, but have a lot of weird gimmicks/tricks to play around with; that's a character I can at least play around with.

I have a roiling hate for Adon, upon his inclusion of the game I was baffled. How could Capcom include a character that so few people care about, WHY NOT ROLENTO?! I still feel pretty much the same about that.

If SSFIV is anything like SFIV, there won't be any useless noob characters. SFIV is one of the most balanced fighters. I used to use Adon quite a bit in Alpha but Cody was my main. I'll definitely be trying all the characters, though.

im going to main Adon... in fact, im so mind numbingly bored right now, i might just buy SFA from the PS1 classics for 5 euros just to play some Adon...and Guy

I might try him out, the first couple weeks ill probably give everyone a good once over to see who I like.  I'm weird about picking characters, if they dont jump out at me right away and I find something useful, I give up on them after a couple hours.  So, it depends!

I wanted to play with him but judging from videos he doesn't really have any combos. A few months after players learn how to play against him, he's gonna drop to trash tier level.

Well, I've had Street Fighter Alpha 3 for my PSP, and it just recently posessed me to play Adon. 
If he's anything like he is in that game, I'll enjoy using him in SFIV, I think.  He doesn't have great combos it would seem, but he's got some nice tricks and some good reach on his normals. 
Tricks + Reach = All I have to work with maining Vega.  Therefore I figger I can make something happen with Adon.

It seems that I have twice commented on using Adon's voice as a weapon

I plan on putting in some time with him to see what he's got.  I like faster characters.  From what I've seen so far, it looks like he has some real drawbacks, though.

Has anyone here seen the Justin Wong videos from PAX East? Quote: "He's bad." The whole series is quite interesting - he plays a round with each character and does some interesting commentary on each.

It's roiling hate, not rolling hate. The hate is not on a carriage rolling down hill or something, the hate is not in the passanger seat of Fred Durst's automobile and rolling. ROILING HATE. I have a rolling ban for you. "

Uhhh... no. Even having played almost no alpha, I get the impression that Adon has never been a very popular character. Guy and Cody make sense, but Adon's inclusion seems baffling. Nothing about his playstyle really seems appealing to me.
