    Topic pretty much says it all. I bought a Mad Catz SE fight stick when SFIV was released. It broke today. I was browsing amazon looking for a new fight stick and there seems to be a lot more choices now then than what was available when SFIV was released. So, I would like some suggestions as to which PS3 fight sticks you believe to be best and why that is. My limit is $125, and would prefer a stick with some heft to it.  Thanks bombers.

    What part of your stick broke? The stock parts of the SE are shit, if it was a button or the joystick you can just order parts and replace them.

    If its something else, the MadCatz TE is probably the way to go.

    What exactly broke?  You can buy replacement parts which is far cheaper then buying a brand new stick.

    @ricetopher: It was the stick, that broke. Where can I find replacements?

    @LeetBalla: http://www.lizardlick.com/

    Don't remember the exact type of stick you need, but you could find that info on SRK or something. I recommend Sanwa or Semitsu joysticks.

    Yeah definitely go with trying to fix it. You can find a lot of help online in forums and stuff.

      I recommend the Hitbox Stick. It ships from Anaheim, California for ~120. It is not a real "stick", and completely uses buttons instead.. I am enjoying 100% accurate motions with it.

    @hencook: That thing looks crazy cool, but I probably would become impatient with the learning curve.

    @hencook: I can't decide whether that is as awful as the idea suggests, or incredibly well designed

    @LeetBalla: Can't go wrong with the TE. It's fantastic. Like others have said, though, you're probably just as well off repairing your parts.

    That's intense. As said above, I would never have the patience to get good with that.

    The video makes me really want to try it though.

    It's supposed to arrive in the mail tomorrow, so I'll give my recommendation then, though it's basically just a TE re-skinned with Noel Vermillion & Friends.

    I actually just did the same thing but from amazon.com. I came out to $140 USD. It was actually $104 but shipping and duty fees are a bitch.

    UPDATE: So, after reviewing all possible solutions, I decided to get the Tournament Edition fight stick after hearing all of the recommendations on this stick. I bought the stick at Gamestop today for $110, seemed like a good deal compared to other prices I've seen. Again, thank you guys for your input.
