    Made a little combo video for Rufus. Some are good for practical use in matches whilst others are just for show. 
        

      
    The first combo in the video - j.HP, st.MP st.MP xx EX GT is a good punish for someone if they are stunned. It does more damage than just your basic j.HP, st.HP xx HP GT so if you have the meter then using that is a good idea. 
     
    The most damaging combo in there is the j.HK (hits twice), EX Snake Strike into ultra. Back in Vanilla it almost straight up killed Seth doing 700 ish damage but with the (slight) nerfing to the EX SS in Super it does a little less. The ultra 2 combo I use only works if you hit them once with his j.HK. 
     
    Rufus doesn't have many different combo options as his only FADC puts the opponent in the air, so I used some less known links like st.MP > st.LP and cr.MP > cr.LK to change things up a bit. Enjoy :)

    I'd say; sweet, nice work, but as I know nothing whatsoever about Rufus any praise would be completely meaningless.

    @demontium: Thanks. The only combos anyone ever sees from Rufus players are EX messiah FADC ultra or st.HP xx HP GT stuff, so I thought it would be a good idea to show he has (a few) more than that :)

    When I play Rufus I have a pretty sweet combo, Dive Kick xx LK xx LK, wait a second and then throw. 
    Why does no one expect a throw after that?

    As soon as they adapt to one st.LK - throw then I use two of them into throw. MIND GAMES!!

    I'm confused though, you love to fight against him? Really?! I mean I hate playing Rufus vs Rufus because mirror matches suck but even when I play as other characters I hate playing against Rufus. That's the reason I first started playing as him!

    I find that Rufus players I meet online generally know what they're doing.  But, I hardly ever see Rufus online.  That Eventhubs' forum survey has him dead last in usage.

    @Hansolol: Being a Rufus player I was one of the few people who wasn't surprised by that. Mirror matches really shock me these days.

    Sure :) The most practical is st.MP > st.MP xx EX GT. When you get that down it's a good punish.  
     
    st.MP > st.LP and st.LP > cr.MK aren't easy links (not sure if they are 2 frame or whatever) but they are a lot easier than say st.LK > st.HP which is your 1 frame link with Rufus.
     
    cr.MP > cr.LK isn't practical really because of it's limited range but if you use the lp,lk,mp method of crouch teching (if you don't know what I'm talking about read the end of this article) then it's quite possible to follow up after the cr.MP lands for a combo.

    @GlenTennis: When I play another Rufus I just make sure I'm the one doing all the dive kicks otherwise I get ripped apart. I can't stop his shit either.
