It's going to be for 1-3 players, looks pretty awesome. Also fortunately card game Kickstarters tend to have a waaaayyy faster return than video game ones so I think I might actually back this since the return on it would be in only a few months.

I read the description and I still don't know how that would work as a card game. It's cool that they're trying.
