SWINTH is a music visualization demo for the Commodore 64 and 128, and it was released in 1985. The demo came on a 5.25" floppy disk and it included 10 songs for SWINTH and the visualzation graphics for it. The visualization was a number of randomly moving lines that changed colors periodically. This could be changed by pressing one of 17 keys: V(vertical), H(horizontal), I(changes MAX increment), E(toggles MIN increment), F1,3 and 5 changes the color but F7 toggles random colors, and numbers 0-9 changes length of tail. The RUN/STOP key terminates SWINTH while SPACE plays the next song. SWINTH is considered a classic and is favored today by many. It is also a collectors item and many variations and roms have been dumped to the internet for download.
